Pneumatically operated valves

Our pneumatic valves can be used for remote control in all pressure ranges. The operating principle is similar to that of the manual valve, but the required force is generated by a pneumatic piston instead of a thread. In our designs we take into account the setting force of the needle to ensure that the needle is correctly closed to the seat.

Three types of pneumatic valves can be used:

Pneumatically actuated on both sides (our recommendation) (NB)

    Opening with spring force (NO)

    Closing with spring force (NC)

The required size of the pneumatic actuator depends on the following criteria:

Inlet or outlet valve. The nominal size of the valve seat is pressure loaded.

High-pressure shut-off valve. The spindle is pressure loaded.
